I agree with you! When it comes to IP sometimes I can feel in the grey area about determining what is in accordance with IP law. The one point that I was fully able to understand was the use of it in education. To me that is the main area where the IP laws make sense. They allow the use of articles or certain works in order to help students but they can’t use too much.
